We had Alise coming weekly to our home to help us with a shelter dog we adopted. She was amazing! She knows her stuff, and our dog really responded to her. There wasn't an issue she wasn't able to help us solve. We already had a dog as well, and Alise helped us with that one too. Both my dogs loved being with her, and she gave us all the tools we need to keep up our (now) very we behaved dogs. I can't recommend Maes and Bluey enough!

I was looking for help with crate training for my 3 month old Weimaraner, Rosie, who would howl, cry, bite the bars and try to dig her way out if left her in the crate for a few minutes. I had been doing all the right things since we got her at 8 weeks, but we couldn’t move past the distress no matter what I tried. Alise saw my desperation on a Facebook post and reached out directly to me and said she could help. She not only helped Rosie, but she helped me better understand her and with lots of training, patience and tears (mine), she was able to help me teach her how to feel safe in her crate. We can now leave her for several hours and enjoy family dinners and run errands without stress. I have trained 2 other Weims in the past and thought I was experienced, but Rosie is my spirit dog. Alise taught me several new and fun ways to train and keep my clever girl happy. I would recommend Alise to anyone who really wants to create trust and a special bond with their dog with positive training and shaping behaviors.

Working with Alise has been a blast. Our dog, Buddy, has learned so much in just 4 sessions. Alise is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. You can tell she really loves animals and her job! We will be using her in the future for sure.

Alise with Maes & Bluey Tricks and Treats is absolutely wonderful! My Australian Shepherd Caezar comes with lots of opportunities being a pandemic puppy that also struggles with anxiety. In just a few months Caezar has grown so much and is overall a much happier pupper. When it comes to working with my husband and I, Alise is great at working around our schedules and answering our questions to help us correct our bad habits as well. Training is not just for the pup but the whole house. ❤

I highly recommend Alise with Maes & Bluey Tricks and Treats. I met Alise over a year ago when I was desperately searching for help with my rescue dog Maya. At only 1 years old, it was apparent that she had horribly hard life. She was afraid of absolutely everything, didn't trust anyone, including us. We had to keep her on a tie out because she would stay at a distance from us, not listen to commands and basically totally ignore us. Alise worked with her at our home. Gave us direction, helpful tips and support on how to handle, train and help Maya trust and listen to us. Today, Maya is a completely different dog then the one I rescued a year ago and I owe that to Alise. Alise still comes by every 5 - 6 weeks, because not only does she do in home training, but she also does in home nail trimming and the dreadful anal glands!!! I have 3 dogs, so it's way more convenient to call Alise then to load up all 3 dogs and try and find a groomer or a vet to do all of this.

We adopted a Great Pyrenees puppy mill rescue this past summer. From day 1, he had some serious separation issues that we tried to work through ourselves. We had taken him to basic trainings at our local pet store, but nothing helped. Our vet recommended a behavioral specialist due to him becoming quite destructive when we were gone and a danger to himself when he was in his crate. We saw Maes and Bluey's card at our doggie daycare and gave her a try before dropping thousands on a specialist. She was upfront about the prospects of training his behavior and didn't sugarcoat the amount of time or work it would take. With every session, she wrote up a personal training plan and would tell us how to adjust different exercises. With the help of her recommendations and exercises, our puppy is now quite comfortable being left alone and has lifted a tremendous amount of stress from our family!! Thank you!!

I was looking for a dog trainer for my high anxiety pup.

I posted a message on facebook and alise came highly recommended!! She has worked with ash now a handful of times and has given great advice to make him a more confident dog. I have noticed an improvement with anxiety when he is in his crate and left alone while I go to work. She is available 24/7 to answer questions.
